needs improvement very poor design for someone who has more than one phone number. app requires user to completely log out with one number, then re-login with the number, extension, and pin of the second number. plus you have to enter all that from memory, there's no pre-saved info. a HUGE improvement would be being able to switch back and forth between accounts from one screen, or even have multiple in-boxes available on one screen.
This app is still on Android 2.0 If you don't need this app, phone service, features and support are top notch. If you are a road runner your liver will suffer with this app. It was never updated to work properly with Kitkat 4.0 but I was able to dial out. With lollipop 5.0 is useless. One would think that behind a great service and great support must be an awesome app, not in this case.
Please Fix Can't select which number to dial out with... No settings button within app to select number... App depends on your phone to access these options (my new phone will not) and offers no access point to select the number before dialing. Also, call logs do not update or keep current. Have to constantly refer back to full website (mobile site won't work either) to check call logs and redo settings that seem to change themselves. I have complained multiple times to customer service with no results! Ugh!!!
Need to fax. : ( I like the app and everything it can do but it would be much better if you can send faxes from the app.
Beware, beta software Do not expect support, for the past 2+ years this app has been in beta. An att phone carrier update caused the app to stop working on LG g3, support indicated app in beta, nothing they can do
Only okay Here is an app that should work perfectly considering the service we PAY for is a PHONE number. App crashes often and playing messages is nearly impossible unless you put your phone in a vise. Move it ever so slightly and playback stops and you have to download AGAIN. Concept is there but implementation needs work.
