Ratings and reviews

The app totally broke with version 3.1.24. It requires you to log in each time, which is ridiculous if you will be receiving phone calls. Also, we can't send text messages from our local number. Phone2 only has email support, which is extremely inefficient for a phone company. We were promised that 3.2.0 would fix all issues, but none of the problems have been resolved. If you expect to use Phone2 for your business, let the buyer beware. We reached out many times via email. Still no resolution.

Update, the app is now working correctly when a call is received. No more missed calls. Thank you Phone2! I discovered this app during one of their lifetime number promotions. Making calls, sending and receiving text messages works fine. The only problem, is that it is hit or miss that the phone will ring when you receive a call. I have tested this with different phones and unless you have the app open you may miss the call and only see that someone called from the missed call notification.

"oops we've got a snag" seems like it's a 50/50 chance on if the app will work. Have full 5G service and or on Internet, yet it's always telling me oops we've hit a snag and won't load anything. This really has got to get fixed. Changed it from 2 starts to 1 star because it's been half a day and I still can't access the app. And they're "customer service" is non existent. It's a weekday during business hours and nobody is around to answer or help. Unbelievable.
