I used to love it and am a regular long time customer. But off late recently, there are delays in processing, are they going downside? I wish they shouldn't. Also help option is very limited and time consuming. No phone number mentioned. If your issue is not listed in there help section, then no option for us to report. Also, no place to track the previous issues raised. I left a message in chat but now there is no option to go back to it to see if there was an update from them. I wish they fix all this and continue to be very good online pharmacy app.

Very disappointing experience. Orders get auto-cancelled after a couple of days without any proper notification or explanation. This is unacceptable, especially for medicines. Customer support is even worse rude and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked me to buy from a nearby store. Completely defeats the purpose of using the app. Not reliable at all. Would not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Netmeds. The app interface is confusing and not user-friendly, making it difficult to place and track orders smoothly. The billing system is also unreliable, and overall the service feels poorly managed. I even paid extra charges to ensure same-day delivery of medicines, but the order still did not arrive on time. This is unacceptable, especially when it involves essential medicines. Such delays and lack of accountability can seriously impact customers.
