Very bad experience. Ordered medicine and the estimated delivery was shown for the next day. But the medicine never got dispatched after 5 days. Every day the system updates to show delivery the next day. If they don't have stock, the app should at least notify 'out of stock' and not keep the customer hanging. The quantity of the order is showing as half of what I ordered, but no intimation of refund. If I was not aware of PharmEacy, I would have already called this a scam. Very disappointed.

I used to love it and am a regular long time customer. But off late recently, there are delays in processing, are they going downside? I wish they shouldn't. Also help option is very limited and time consuming. No phone number mentioned. If your issue is not listed in there help section, then no option for us to report. Also, no place to track the previous issues raised. I left a message in chat but now there is no option to go back to it to see if there was an update from them. I wish they fix all this and continue to be very good online pharmacy app.

My 1st order experience itself is terrible. l placed an order for 4 items, where for 2 of them I ordered 2 qty each. One shipment was delivered yesterday night. The other shipment is being prepared for dispatch but I noticed that the qty of 1 of those items was reduced to 1, and there is no mention or intimation about the difference amount. So basically I see in their app, that the Paid amount is 1300, and the Order total is 900. They just ate my 400Rs. There was no real person to chat, only AI
