What’s new
We updated the in-app Prominent Disclosure for Location permission to clearly explain data usage before consent. PhoneRaksha collects and shares location data to generate map links in intruder alert emails, including when the app is closed or running in the background. Data is shared only with the user’s alert email recipient and map provider, not for advertising. The disclosure requires user consent before requesting location permission.
