stupidest app ever designed. why do i need an app to use the capp that i paid 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR?? I BOUGHT THIS CAP thinking it would atleast have a button on the cap. and i can do it all on my own. BUT NOPE. I GOT TO USR THIS DUMB AHH APP. and i wanted to use it with the rest of my family just so they could try it. but guess what. i can only use it max 1 TIME FOR TEN MINUTES? so i got to spend ANOTHER 2K just so my wife can use one? witch is RIDICULOUS. LUDACRIS, BS app and cap

What a terrible app. It has no business getting access to my network traffic info, cellphone contacts info and other personal data! This app is an invasion of privacy. I purchased the device to grow hair and it is terrible that it can only be activated through the darn app that wants to snoop around my phone and collect my personal data. The app also does not get updated after the treatment completes. It says Treatment completed, but if you check the log, it does not show that treatment occured

Needing an app to control the cap is annoying on a good day. This app however, has never had a good day. Compliance percentage is constantly incorrect, despite Revian knowing of the issue for over 6 months. Their "fix" was to manually change the number based on a email request. (Incorrect again within a day). The app has a very difficult time finding the cap almost every time it connects making daily use annoying. A button on the side of the cap would be better. Welcome to the future...
