What a terrible app. It has no business getting access to my network traffic info, cellphone contacts info and other personal data! This app is an invasion of privacy. I purchased the device to grow hair and it is terrible that it can only be activated through the darn app that wants to snoop around my phone and collect my personal data. The app also does not get updated after the treatment completes. It says Treatment completed, but if you check the log, it does not show that treatment occured

Needing an app to control the cap is annoying on a good day. This app however, has never had a good day. Compliance percentage is constantly incorrect, despite Revian knowing of the issue for over 6 months. Their "fix" was to manually change the number based on a email request. (Incorrect again within a day). The app has a very difficult time finding the cap almost every time it connects making daily use annoying. A button on the side of the cap would be better. Welcome to the future...

The new app is preventing me from using the product I paid for. The old app did not require wifi or 5g. Also, if using late at night and treatment goes past midnight, it prevents treatment the next day. Terrible user experience - someone over at Revian should get fired!!! This is a local company, and I like the product but not if I'm prevented from legitimate useage due to this terrible app.
