About this app

Fizeke is a food and training diary that keeps everything on your phone.

No account. No sign-up. Nothing uploaded. Open it and start logging.

A FOOD DATABASE THAT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
More than 50,000 foods are built into the app itself — generic foods, restaurant menus and packaged brands, from USDA FoodData Central. Search is instant on a plane, in a basement, or with data switched off. Nothing is fetched while you type.

SCAN A BARCODE
Point the camera at a package and it reads the barcode. Over 37,000 products are recognized from the built-in data alone, with no connection at all. If a barcode isn't in there, the app can ask Open Food Facts — only when you tap to say yes, and only the barcode is ever sent. What comes back is saved to your own foods, so the next scan works offline too.

FOOD
• Calories, protein, carbs and fat, plus fiber, sugar, sodium and saturated fat
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, in any portion — servings, grams, ounces, cups, tablespoons
• Recipes: build something once from its ingredients, then log it by the serving
• Save a meal you eat often and drop it into any day in one tap
• Copy a meal forward from an earlier day
• A week-ahead meal plan

TRAINING
• A workout log with sets, reps and weight, and automatic personal records
• 134 exercises, with illustrations showing how they are done
• Eight suggested routines, from full-body beginner plans to push/pull/legs
• Cardio sessions with calorie estimates
• Exercise calories credited back into the day's budget, if you want them

BODY
• Weight and body fat over time
• Eight body measurements, each with a photo showing exactly where to put the tape
• Water and steps, with the step counter running while the app is closed

TARGETS THAT FIT YOU
Calories from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and your activity level, or set your own. Split macros by percentage, or pin any of them to a fixed number of grams and let the rest fill in around it.

FROM YOUR WATCH, RING OR SCALE
Health Connect brings in steps, sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, body fat and workouts recorded elsewhere, and writes your weigh-ins back. A Bluetooth heart-rate strap reads live during a session. Both stay off until you turn them on.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Everything lives in one database file on your phone. Export it whole as a backup, or as CSVs to open in a spreadsheet. Restore it on a new phone. An app update never touches it — the food data and your diary are separate files, so new foods arrive without disturbing anything you have logged.

TEN LANGUAGES
English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Arabic, Japanese and Korean — including the food and exercise names, not just the buttons.

ONE PRICE. NO ADS, NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO DATA COLLECTION.
Buy it once and it is yours. No advertising, no subscription, no in-app purchases, nothing held back behind an upgrade.

Nothing about you is collected. No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising SDK, no tracking identifier. Your diary, your weight and your measurements are yours alone — the developer cannot see them, because they never leave your phone.

PERMISSIONS, AND WHY
• Camera — to read a barcode. Nothing is photographed or stored.
• Internet — only when you tap to look up an unknown barcode. Can be turned off entirely.
• Physical activity — only to read the phone's step counter.
• Notifications — only for the reminders you switch on yourself.
• Health Connect — to read what your watch, ring or scale recorded, and write weigh-ins back.
• Bluetooth — only to read a heart-rate strap during a session.

Fizeke is a diary and a calculator, not a medical device, and does not give medical advice. Nutrition figures are estimates; talk to a qualified professional before making big changes to your diet or training.
