The Bupa Physio app lets you download your Bupa home exercise programme to your smart phone or tablet.

You can see the exercises which have been assigned to you in high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos.

Your healthcare practitioner can monitor your adherence scores, offering support & guidance when needed.

What’s new

Educational videos now play immediately in full screen, with their own mute button. Exercise parameters are shown in a consistent order, results are sorted newest first, and headlines got a bolder look. We also fixed programs not ending on time, a paused timer restarting on its own, access codes being lost when opening a program link, clipped button labels in some languages, and various other small issues.
