Do you suffer from neck, back or shoulder complaints or do you want to prevent them? With the PhysioChecknu app you can easily check whether you can deal with your complaints yourself. If so, you will receive a customized exercise program with useful instructional videos. So you can do your exercises whenever and wherever you want.

Does the questionnaire show that it is better to make an appointment with your GP or physiotherapist first? Then you can easily find a healthcare provider near you in the app.

Physiochecknu is only accessible and free of charge for ONVZ and Jaaah policyholders.

What’s new

Educational videos now play immediately in full screen, with their own mute button. Exercise parameters are shown in a consistent order, results are sorted newest first, and headlines got a bolder look. We also fixed programs not ending on time, a paused timer restarting on its own, access codes being lost when opening a program link, clipped button labels in some languages, and various other small issues.
