About this app

IZZ Beweeg je Beter helps with recovery from mild (low) back, neck and shoulder complaints, post-covid and osteoarthritis. The app contains recovery programs with exercises and tips, created by physiotherapists and medical specialists.

Specially developed for members of IZZ, the membership collective of people in healthcare and welfare. If you have IZZ Health Insurance through CZ or VGZ, you belong to the IZZ member collective. All you have to do is activate your membership (https://www.izz.nl/registreren). Then you can also use this app.

Educational videos now play immediately in full screen, with their own mute button. Exercise parameters are shown in a consistent order, results are sorted newest first, and headlines got a bolder look. We also fixed programs not ending on time, a paused timer restarting on its own, access codes being lost when opening a program link, clipped button labels in some languages, and various other small issues.
