Impostor is a social deduction word game about clues, bluffing, and suspicion. Play together from everyone’s own phone with online rooms or local Wi‑Fi, or keep it simple by passing one phone around the group.
Most players see the same secret word. One or more impostors must blend in, give clever clues, and avoid getting caught.
Perfect for parties, game nights, family gatherings, road trips, classrooms, and casual hangouts. No accounts and no ads. Internet is only needed for online rooms; local Wi‑Fi and pass-and-play are available for in-person games.
HOW TO PLAY
1. Add your players
2. Choose one or more topics
3. Reveal each player’s secret word privately
4. Take turns giving clues and discussing
5. Vote for the player you think is the impostor
6. If the impostor is caught, they may get one final chance to guess the word
