Wiretap is a team word game and party game for 2–12 players, perfect for game night with friends and family. Write clever clues, crack secret codes, and intercept the enemy team's transmissions.
TRANSMISSION INCOMING.
Your team shares four secret keywords. Each round, one of you, the Encryptor, receives a secret 3-digit code and must write clues that point your teammates to the right keywords in the right order. Your team knows the keywords, so clever clues get decoded. The enemy team doesn't. But they hear every word you say, and if your clues are too obvious, they will crack your code and intercept it.
Everyone plays on their own phone or tablet, connected over local WiFi multiplayer. No accounts, no sign-ups, and no internet connection required. If you love social deduction games and word games with friends, Wiretap is your next game night favorite.
HOW A MISSION WORKS
• Team Alpha and Team Bravo each get 4 secret keywords, numbered 1–4
• Each round the Encryptor draws a 3-digit code (like 2-4-1) and writes one clue per digit
• Teammates decode the clue order, while the enemy team tries to intercept it
• Intercept the enemy's code twice to win. Misread your own team's clues twice and you lose
• Every round raises the stakes: each clue you transmit is one more pattern the enemy can study
