The experience is as bad as possible. Please save yourself the trouble and don't make the mistake of traveling with PIA. They treat you like they are doing them a favour by taking your money to provide a broken app and rude, unrelenting representatives who do not help you and keep changing their statements, making you run between the app, phone calls, and their office. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I am trying to book a flight. But application is not responding. And this problem exists from last many days. Developers can't fix issue.
