I booked flight and downloaded app for convince. The every time it send confirmation number just to see my booking, this app is working like a banking app where you need two steps authentication. I travelled different airlines non has this type of hassle app. App deserved one star or I will uninstall it as it's does not serve the purpose.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received from this airline. My flight was delayed by 3 days, causing me to miss important meetings and events. The staff seemed unconcerned and unhelpful, offering no compensation or support. The constant delays and lack of accountability are unacceptable.

PIA is one of the best airlines that I have flown, I've downloaded this app and had no issues with it during my flight from Toronto To Lahore and on my way back to Canada. I will be trying the check in again from this app on my flight to Lahore from Kuala Lumpur
