Update: They're not refusing. For the Pakistani diaspora, dealing with this airline is exhausting.They change your booking themselves and force you to confirm it, but to fix anything you must call their Pakistan contact center and struggle through a terrible IVR system. Want a cancellation or refund? First call them, then send an email too. The agents are poorly trained, rude, impatient, barely listen, and sometimes even hang up. Unless you only care about the cheapest fare, expect frustration.

What a ridiculous App. The sign up process is completely flawed with options limited to select your home city. With no option to manually enter your home town. Password selection can't make its mind up if it should be 16 characters long or less. Asks for IVR number with no explanation as to what this is. It accepts some information then rejects it with no explanation. Saddens me to think this is the best PIA can come up. Got so frustrated had to abandon it's use. Not very professional.
