Ratings and reviews

Very frustrating experience. My payment was deducted, but no ticket was issued. Customer support kept asking me to send emails and reminders instead of resolving the issue. After several days, they only provided an RRN and told me to contact my bank. Now my refund may take up to one month, leaving my money blocked and preventing me from booking another ticket. I would not recommend this app or this airline based on my experience.

Update on new PIA app booking is not cheap and PIA is using other airlines like EK,EY.SV. Should use there own aircraft not other airlines and there expensive. I wouldn't be travelling PIA,if they used others airline best direct. Also PIA probably haven't changed the interior of the aircraft (Seating and IFE). My rating for this app and booking is. 1 ☆

The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the seat backs were not adjustable. The air hostess’s behavior was also not good and felt unprofessional. Overall, I had a disappointing experience flying with PIA.
