What a ridiculous App. The sign up process is completely flawed with options limited to select your home city. With no option to manually enter your home town. Password selection can't make its mind up if it should be 16 characters long or less. Asks for IVR number with no explanation as to what this is. It accepts some information then rejects it with no explanation. Saddens me to think this is the best PIA can come up. Got so frustrated had to abandon it's use. Not very professional.

I’m trying to create an account on the app, but it says a duplicate member already exists. However, when I use the “Forgot Password” option with my email address, it says “Member doesn't exist.” This means I cannot create a new account or recover the existing one. Could someone please assist in resolving this issue?

It's the worst airline. I booked the ticket online myself, but due to the war situation, the airline canceled the flight Now I want refund my ticket i send many time email for refund my ticket and talk with helpline but still not send my money
