Extremely poor service. I am facing a critical issue where my flight details were changed without any notification from the app. It has been over 32 hours and I am still waiting for a response, despite multiple follow-ups. ClearTrip’s support team is completely unresponsive, and they seem unable or unwilling to coordinate with the airline to resolve my issue. If you value your peace of mind and want to avoid being left stranded, do not use this app. They take your money but offer zero accountabi

Extremely poor customer service. I have been waiting for a refund for seven years with no resolution. Promised callbacks never happen. On several occasions, they appeared to place one- or two-second calls or call at odd hours, making it impossible to answer while claiming they tried to contact me. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Very disappointing experience.

Please don't choose this site any one. One of the worst customer service and worst worst in the world. SIMPLY WASTE.. I have lot of worst experience with them. They are focused only money money money. They don't recept their customers even a hair. I didn't give 00000000 stars even
