such a worst app and worst customer service dont use this app. you will not get any responses. I have been trying to contact customer support for the last 1 week. There was no response from clear trip side, and I even sent many emails. my amount deducted and by mistake, I entered my email address, and they didn't respond to my concern to get my flight ticket. This kind of careless management won't be succed. Thanks for the clear trip not responding customer.

I had a bad experience from cleartrip management. I did a BNGLR - AUH booking in Jet airways using this app. Unfortunately the flight got cancelled. I came to know that the jet airways payed back the amounts to all the bookings. But the cleartrip team didn't give it to their customers. I did many follow up calls to cleartrip for around one year. Each time some customer care executive attended the call and told me some lame excuses. I will never recommend this app.

Very bad experience. I booked a hotel via ClearTrip, payment was fully done including taxes, but I didn’t receive any booking confirmation for hours. After repeated follow-ups, they gave me a different hotel which had poor facilities. I was also asked to pay extra at the hotel even though I already paid everything. Totally unprofessional and frustrating.
