There is no option to download web-size images unless you preview the gallery and go through all the steps as a client would. This should be default for a mobile app as the use-case for dling is posting online. Why full res is an option, much less the default, is beyond me. The newest albums are always at the bottom with no option to change the default order so good luck if you have years of work scrolling every time. Request: AI face search in the app! Would love to see this added.

Hi Matthew, thank you for your feedback! The default download size is web-size, 2048 wide, optimal for sharing and social media. The bug with newest albums not showing at the top was fixed. Will definitely look into adding face search to the photographer interface. Thank you for taking out the time to share your feedback!

Really made a difference in my workflow. I used to send my stuff with Dropbox or google drive, and a few of them actually told me it's quite tedious to open the files one by one, so I scoured the internet and asks people and instagram and many other platforms. after checking them one by one, I'm convinced after trying this app. the shops that they set up for us is a good plus too.
