worst app. No answer backs on the chat links. Cannot update the change in itinerary. only payment processing works for this fraud company. The team assigned to us is horrible and did not book any important vouchers on time . Now 3 days before starting on our trip we do not have the vouchers promised on the first day in Rome. Updated and booked wrong names while train bookings after multiple corrections. Basically they just gave up and now saying "we did everything we can, sorry"

I planned my trip with PickYourTrail due to their polite and supportive sales team before booking. However, after finalizing and making payment, the experience changed significantly. The post-booking support team’s communication felt rude and unhelpful at times. Customer service should remain consistent even after confirmation. Disappointed with the overall support experience.

Disappointing experience. Prompt responses, but promises weren't kept. Worked with Mr. Vikash to customize Sri Lanka tour (₹3L+ excl tickets). Requested beachfront hotels, entry tickets included. Tickets weren't booked, operator denied last-minute. Mr. Rahul confirmed all arranged pre-tour. Mirissa hotel misrepresented as 5-star (barely 3-star), 1km from beach. Unacceptable service for premium paid.
