PYT sales and marketing team is good. But the after sales support and on-tour support can be a lot better. The chat bot has a lot of scope for improvement - for pretty much most of the time,.it's only a bot and hardly any useful answers. The on-ground team in Balli was good for us which made our trip easy. But the support from PYT as such post payment has been very less compared to on-ground. We expect a better team handling esp during the trip / post payment!

It won't even open sometimes. Once the app is open I am unable to access the important notifications send to me related to travel plans like the contact details of the personals whom I should reach for when I am at the destination. The support chat is very unreliable as it takes too much time to get response.
