worst app. No answer backs on the chat links. Cannot update the change in itinerary. only payment processing works for this fraud company. The team assigned to us is horrible and did not book any important vouchers on time . Now 3 days before starting on our trip we do not have the vouchers promised on the first day in Rome. Updated and booked wrong names while train bookings after multiple corrections. Basically they just gave up and now saying "we did everything we can, sorry"

Don't use this app for bookings they will charge 100 percent as a cancellation fee. Even though flight has refunded that was not given to us. Almost 8 months passed no response from the team. They call you frequently until you paid money to them, then no one is responding. Don't trust this service for your happy journey of your life. This service is full of cheating.

This app is a disorganized nightmare. They promise a premium, seamless experience, but it’s a bait-and-switch. ​Zero Accountability: You’re passed between strangers, with no single point of contact. ​Poor Communication: Clunky UI, no direct number, and you’re ignored during emergencies. ​Refund Lies: It’s been a month of deception. They keep claiming my refund is coming in "2–3 days," only to admit it wasn't even approved.
