If possible, avoid booking with them. However, if you do, negotiate very hard and double-check quotes with other agents before confirming. The service is okay, but the pricing is not standardised, it is unfair and highly inconsistent. Looks like pricing depends on how much you can negotiate, not transparency. Be cautious before paying!

I don't recommend Pickyourtrail, it is expensive compared to other players in the market and it's not value for money. The bookings that were done are in the isolated locality where to commute to the city center one will end up spending more. Additionally, they are not flexible in terms of your needs and requirements. Once you pay them you are trapped after that don't expect any change. We had asked for a room upgrade, I was told that it will be treated as cancellation and no refund. BIG NO PYT

I’m writing this to highlight my extremely disappointing experience with Pick Your Trail. We had booked a Sri Lanka trip and paid the initial booking amount. Unfortunately, the destination was hit by a cyclone, forcing us to reconsider our travel plans for safety reasons. During this critical time, our account manager Priyamvata was unreachable despite multiple attempts, and we received zero updates from the agency.
