Very disappointing experience with @Pickyourtrails in Phuket. Asked for a beachside hotel, got one far from the beach on an unsafe road. Pick-ups scheduled at the same time as breakfast, so we missed meals we paid for. When this was raised, we were rushed and spoken to rudely instead of being helped. Poor planning, poor coordination, and zero customer care. Definitely not recommended.

The app is horrible. Even payments don't reflect properly. chat timings are horrible. at times even after sending the messages the app doesn't show it. Though Pick my Trail services are really good with informed and cardual staff, their app sucks.

worst booking experience. nobody answers your call! The app is pathetic. they give fake promises that we'll be available to help you through the journey. Beware of the scam! They have taken 10k extra from me and now not refunding. They have stopped picking up the calls.
