Very disappointing. I can no longer get into this app without signing up for a subscription. I even had already paid for an add-on feature inside the app and no longer have access to that. But I guess those must be done away with this forced subscription? And I had been getting a strange green outline around my images whenever I would try to edit my pics right before this change. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because it was good while I was able to use it.

Complete FRAUDSTERS! The tool itself is good, I've been using picmonkey for at least 2 years now. I've been paying monthly for the desktop version which is only about $13 a month BUT for the past few months, they freeze $300 on my account every single month and then send me an email saying my payment has been declined.... well, MAYBE it's because you're always attempting to take more than the $13/mo. Customer service says they have no idea what the charge is when it's COMING FROM THEM.

HATE the new "upgrade" that now limits the background eraser/editor unless you buy the pro package! The "smart" option is now gone so it's really hard to remove the background on the types of pictures I often use for card-making. I guess I'll have to search for a new app. It's too bad because I really enjoyed PicMonkey app on my cell phone :(
