About this app

Dial-In is a fast, offline-first espresso log for home baristas. Refractometer users get a built-in TDS calculator and extraction yield (EY%) tracking.

Log every variable for every shot — dose, yield, grind size, extraction time, TDS reading, extraction yield (EY%), and taste — in the order you actually work: Prep, Pull, Measure, Refine, Taste.

FOR REFRACTOMETER USERS
If you use a coffee refractometer (VST, Atago, DiFluid, MyTDS), Dial-In does the math for you. Type your TDS%, the app computes your extraction yield using the standard formula (EY = TDS × beverage weight ÷ dry coffee dose). Track EY% over time to see whether your dialing-in is converging.
