Dial-In is a fast, local-first espresso log for home baristas. Shot logging and the deterministic Dial-In Coach work on your device, offline, without an account. Refractometer users also get built-in TDS and extraction-yield (EY%) tracking.

OPTIONAL DIAL-IN LAB
Dial-In Lab is a one-time permanent local toolkit—not a subscription. It adds a named Recipe Vault with revisions and prefill, controlled consecutive-pull Sessions with immutable recaps, optional advanced shot fields, a descriptive local Consistency Lab, freshness context, multiple gear profiles, and maintenance reminders. Lab data and calculations stay on the device and can be read or exported after a refund/revocation; creating or changing Lab artifacts and generating new Lab analytics require active ownership. The unlock includes no Remote Coach requests or other AI credits. Every Free Core feature remains free. Dial-In displays the localized Google Play price before opening Play, and Lab purchase or restore does not require Google sign-in or the Remote Coach service.

OPTIONAL REMOTE COACH
Remote Coach can select one bounded next-shot option from choices prepared by Dial-In. It is not chat, does not generate free-form advice, and cannot set arbitrary numeric targets. The app checks the selection and computes targets locally. The free offline Coach always remains available.

Remote Coach requires Google sign-in and an available account balance. Sign in to check your Remote Coach balance before any purchase. Each optional Coach Pack is a separate one-time purchase that adds exactly 365 non-expiring Remote Coach requests; it is not a subscription and it does not unlock Dial-In Lab. Dial-In displays the localized Google Play price before opening Play. Purchases are never required for the local Coach or shot log.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
• Core logging, Lab artifacts/calculations, and the deterministic Coach stay on your device
• A Remote Coach request sends numeric dose/yield, whether yield is adjustable, bounded grinder adjustable/direction/current/minimum/maximum settings, closed taste/equipment fact IDs, and app-approved option IDs/definitions to the dedicated service—not notes, bean names, CSV files, full history, or chat
• Fireworks MiniMax receives only the closed fact IDs and option IDs/definitions, not the numeric dose/yield or bounded grinder context
• No advertising or cross-app behavioral tracking
• Sign out and Remote Coach cloud deletion controls are available in the app
• Cloud deletion permanently deletes the RevenueCat customer and forfeits any remaining non-expiring requests; store-required transaction records may remain
• Remote Coach sign-out/cloud deletion keeps local Lab data and its cached verified unlock; after customer deletion, the user explicitly restores Play ownership before later refund checks
• An unresolved Lab purchase blocks Remote Coach customer deletion so purchase-owner authority is not lost
• Deletion does not cancel or refund an unresolved Google Play purchase; it may still complete and charge, and any resulting Remote Coach requests will be forfeited
• Delete All Data clears shots, beans, equipment, Lab artifacts, and Coach data offline while preserving appearance, Motion, currency, verified Lab ownership, and any unresolved Lab duplicate-purchase guard
• CSV export/import covers Free Core shot and bean data; a separate local JSON export covers Lab artifacts and advanced fields
