So many ads! Many of the ads don't even work, so when you opt to watch one for a reward, the ad never plays, you have to close/reopen the game, and you've lost the reward along with the option to watch an ad to try to get it again. You end up watching ads and restarting the game quite a bit, mostly after every turn/action. (Unless you pay for a overpriced monthly sub) The app also has some performance issues, causing your phone to overheat, quickly drain battery, and freeze up entirely.

Ad after every turn. Way too many ads. App automatically changed my tiles to a tile I hate and it'll cost me 100 points to change it back. Points cost money. I get frustrated playing this app. They direct you to spend money otherwise you are bombarded with ads. WAY TOO MANY ADS. Cluttered app. Can't figure out what to do with all the stupid stars I keep winning.

The Duel Challenge is annoying. You get 40 seconds to play. Multiple times my opponent let time expire & could still play several seconds afterwards. The addition of card collections is pointless. I just want to play Scrabble not watch videos & collect cards. The only good thing is if you have to work, sleep or are otherwise busy, you get days to play your turn.
