Chat with a doctor quickly without an appointment! The chat clinic provides help for many ailments, for example, cold, eye inflammation, suspected and rash. The doctor can prescribe medicine, renew your prescription, refer you to further examination or prescribe a short sick leave.

The doctor chat service is open every day of the year from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The paediatrician chat is open on working days from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and at weekends from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can chat with a paediatrician without an appointment.

The nurse chat is open 24/7. Our nurses can consult a doctor around the clock.

The Worry in Mind line is open on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The service helps with both small and big mental health problems.

You can also use the service as an occupational health or municipal customer

You can use the Pihlajalinna Health app as an occupational health or municipal customer. The application automatically recognises which of the customer roles you can use. You can select your customer role.

The occupational health chat services are available in accordance with your employer’s occupational healthcare agreement. Municipality customers can contact the clinic during the opening hours of the municipality health centre.

Cannot navigate back once you open a chat, it captures the system back action which is really bad practice. At some point it logged me out and had to enter the pin but it didn't show the keyboard no matter what I clicked. Some other times I enter the pin and will stay loading forever... Also please add the feature to unlock using the fingerprint system in Android.

I can't close the chat to get back to the main page and reinstalling the app doesn't help. Also, it doesn't always notify when the chat has a new comment. In addition to that, sometimes the amount of people in line increases, I don't understand why. I need to cancel an appointment and I cannot do it via calling because my voice is gone.. could you fix this issue? Apparently I'm not the only one who has noticed this bug.

Unusable. As of date i typing this, DO NOT USE CHAT! For 3 reasons: 1. I had 2h wait time, for "quick" easy way to get help that is not acceptable. 2. The app says you can use phone normally. Once you close the app and reopen it, you cant type anywhere. And it automatically moves you to chat. You cannot do anythin else with this app. 3. Problem remains even if you reinstall the app.
