About this app

WorkforcePilot is the mobile companion for managers who use WorkforcePilot to understand workforce activity and keep operations moving.

Stay connected to the same organization data available in WorkforcePilot Web:

• View today’s operational summary and priority signals
• Track productivity, active time, categorized time, and trends
• Filter every view by the security groups assigned to your account
• Review team members and current reporting status
• View recent workstation captures and supported multi-monitor layouts
• Start a time-limited live view when authorized
• Ask WorkforcePilot questions about your selected team
• Receive optional manager alerts and weekly digests

Built for managers, not employee data collection

This app is a manager companion. It does not monitor the Android device on which it is installed. Employee activity and screen data are collected by the separately deployed WorkforcePilot desktop agent under the customer’s organizational policies and permissions. The mobile app only displays data the signed-in manager is authorized to access.

Access and demo mode

Live organization data requires an existing WorkforcePilot organization account and Microsoft sign-in. Accounts and subscriptions are not created or purchased in the app. Anyone can choose View demo to explore the complete mobile experience with synthetic data and no sign-in.

Security and privacy

WorkforcePilot uses secure authentication, encrypted network connections, scoped security-group permissions, and protected screen access. Notification text is intentionally generic. Privacy, terms, support, and account/data request links are available in the app.

WorkforcePilot helps managers see what needs attention, understand trends, and act with context from anywhere.
