What’s new

- Sessions can now be added to workout plans. Sessions act as a workout playlist, grouping multiple workouts that are intended to be done in a single session. Allowing you to add sessions to workout plans creates a much cleaner weekly overview.
- Sessions can now be exported/imported to/from workout plans, including any nested custom workouts.
- Better visual feedback for which workouts and sessions have been completed or which ones are upcoming in the week view of a workout plan.
