I downloaded this because I had a phone bill issue sitting there for way too long. Every time I thought about dealing with it, I immediately lost motivation because I knew it would probably mean waiting, explaining everything twice, and getting nowhere fast. Pine helped make that whole thing feel much more manageable, which is really all I wanted.

I can't endorse this product enough! I asked it to look over my Adobe bill and it reduced it from $200 a month to $30 a month, escalating the issue to a supervisor in order to waive standard charges - incredibly stiff, early termination fees, which saved me an additional $400. then, I asked it to review my subscriptions through the Play Store. It identified redundancies, very expensive apps, and came up with 17 apps to cancel it handled all of that, and I saved about $3,500 a year. Good job.

This app is wild. I love it. I no longer have to spend time on hold or talk to customer services people. The app phones for me. So far it's got me two refunds, and dealt with courier companies to trace late/missing packages. One company has endless hold music which I no longer have to listen to. When so many companies are using AI for irritating automated services, it's really nice to be able to do the same. Great stuff.
