App is not working. Wasn't great before but at least I could check my balance. Now it will not let me enter login info so I can't login. Non- working app is a deal breaker for me and I'm looking for a new bank. Update: As of 8/6/19 app still not working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Closing my accounts for a bank with a working app.

I used to hate the app because I could never log into it, always something. Now I don't seem to have any trouble, especially since I use something to help remember the password. I'm glad that it is not requiring the pin anymore, since I don't remember it 😅. Anyway, I love the new features that allow easy transfers and various transactions so I can do things instantly instead of waiting until I can sit at a secure computer.

It's been the best move we ever made,v going from a bank that keeps changing ownership to Bank of Colorado. I just used the online banking, and it's so easy to use. I made a transfer in 30 seconds at the most. And the in person experience has been the same, so friendly and welcoming. Bonus, they know us by site and name when we walk in the door.
