Update: would like to be able to give the accounts custom names ( i.e. "Jill's account") so I won't have to remember account numbers. Excellent bank and a stellar app. You can do everything within the app and transactions occur immediately. Kids have their own accounts and transfers to them happen instantly. Best banking experience I've ever had.

Tired of not being able to Log In. This App freaks out probably every month and says it can't confirm my log in info. Also anytime I try to do an internal transfer it says "Sorry we can't process that at this moment. Try again later." For a week now. Very annoying.. 3/1/2025: I'm still having the same issues. Y'all have done nothing to try and update the app or fix it. I'm seriously debating moving to a new bank. Especially since your store operating hours benefit no one but your employees.

I know it's for "security", but not able to do a screen capture is a bother. I don't see it achieving anything. I use a second phone to take a photo of my accounts. Then not enough detail for checks, deposits. I see the slip but not the individual items for reference. I guess a work around is one slip per one check? BTW managers and policy's suck. Try other banks. :(
