I know it's for "security", but not able to do a screen capture is a bother. I don't see it achieving anything. I use a second phone to take a photo of my accounts. Then not enough detail for checks, deposits. I see the slip but not the individual items for reference. I guess a work around is one slip per one check? BTW managers and policy's suck. Try other banks. :(

Can't get in anymore. Says unable to validate even though I am using same password on website and it allows me in. Edit: You fix this app and then it breaks again. I can get into card control but not this app 99% of the time. I uninstall and reinstall all the time trying to get this to work. I wish you could keep an app running because I love this bank. But I am getting so tired of this.

Half of the time this app doesn't work. It freezes or just doesn't allow you to log in. Also, according to the Zelle app Pinnacle's app is compatible with their service through Pinnacle's, but I must be blind because there seems to be no such feature anywhere to be found! Banking here is a perfectly fine, but this app is and always has been trash.
