A paid subscriber for three years. Now, bafflingly receiving adds on my paid subscription app. It's like buying a first class aeroplane ticket and still flying economy! I've contacted support twice but have only received an automated mail saying 'Subscribers have ticket priority', they must be very busy as I've heard nothing since. If it's not resolved soon, I'm cancelling my subscription and subscribing to a competitor.

Started showing ads, while I still had a membership. Didn't auto-renewal. Then canceled but won't let me upgrade. Probably because my auto-renewal was a few dollars cheaper. Now I can't get a hold of anyone or even create a ticket unless I pay. I guess my years of loyalty and purchases mean nothing!!! F-U! I will go with someone else's app!

Using Pro, best app in my tool box on 3 devices. Clears out the cache in seconds. Sometimes have over 20 apps running in back ground draining battery. Sleep Mode forces them stopped in seconds, but sometimes have to run it twice to get all of them which is understandable with so many apps running. Can understand peoples frustrations with what boxes to check in Quick Clean without deleting important files. Don't want to delete my Samsung Internet specific websites setting. Need video tutorial. ty
