Customers can review and approve quotes, and shops can turn approved work into invoices without re-entering the same information. PistonCMS is designed for solo mechanics and small teams that need practical shop software without the complexity or cost of large repair-management systems. Features include customer and vehicle management; quotes and invoices; professional PDF documents; quote approval; payment tracking; VIN decoding; saved parts and labor pricing; maintenance reminders; sales and tax CSV exports; and mobile access for work at the desk or in the shop. Some features require an account and may depend on the selected plan. PistonCMS does not diagnose vehicles, guarantee repairs, or replace professional mechanical judgment.
