Hi Tom. Availability, Selection and Match Fee prompts are all managed by the Club. Notifications for Club content and some team content can be managed within the Notifications settings within the app. If you do not believe these settings are working as intended please provide some examples to support@pitchero.com so we can investigate further

It was very complex to set up two juniors as players and two parents as, well, parents and sort out how subs were paid without two lots of payments. I'm told uts easier for club volunteers which is good. As parents of junior players its 10x more complicated. In a club with umpteen teams, until you eventually work out how to turn off all the irrelevant notifications its overwhelming. You are not asked which notifications you want when you set up the account, you have to work it out yourself.
