Ratings and reviews

You should be able to choose which notifications you want to receive. Kinda forceful that you have to get all the notifications or none. I don't need to know when my dog gets a badge ever single time, but I don't want to miss getting a notification about the devices along with other notifications about the device itself. I mean free stuff/apps let you do this.

The GPS unit took it from a four to one star. It barely works even with clear skies and sometimes does not connect. The GPS unit needs to be stronger in order to connect with the satellite reliably and in wooded area. Also hike tracker distance is unreliable it records 20 miles for 2 mile hikes.

Works great for our use case. Our dog is deaf, so we have no recall. Being able to potentially track her if she slips her lead is such a nice safety blanket for us. Unfortunately though, more recently I'm no longer receiving any notifications from the app about the tracker status like out of signal or low battery. My phone is as up to date as it allows me, and the app is up to date. I would go as far to say it all stopped after the last app update. Otherwise 5 stars.
