The app is good and nice as it makes your lazy receptionists at the Arusha Tanzania pizza hut responsible. When we call them through the numbers on instagram tjey always confirm that they can't deliver the order to some places..but when the order is submitted through an app the food is delivered anywhere in Arusha city without extra fees. But you also have to take note that many Tanzanians still don't know how to use the app, the should act as a point of bridging fhat gap not widening it.

This app honestly just wasted my data and time. It didn't work after many attempts and I had to download another app to be able to place my order. Ordered the big boss pizza and it was nothing like what had been advertised. The dough was fried and not baked and it was soaked with oil and the toppings were almost non-existent

Ordered 4 times, only received once. If you're hungry, DON'T, DO NOT order from Pizza Hut Nigeria. Not for delivery. You will die of hunger. 1. Their delivery guy will say he's coming and switch off his phone 2. They will have too many orders and can't deliver 3. They will call an hour and a half after you place the order and can't deliver. They are not ready. DON'T order with their app. DON'T order on the phone. In fact DON'T order. There are other pizza places.
