Plabable provides the ultimate resource to revise for the Professional and Linguistic Assessment Board (PLAB) and United Kingdom Medical Licensing Assessment (UKMLA).


PLAB is the main route by which International Medical Graduates demonstrate they have the necessary skills and knowledge to practise medicine in the UK. The exam includes PLAB part 1 and 2. At Plabable, we focus on high yield questions that mimic the PLAB part 1 exam, giving you the best opportunity to pass on the first attempt. PLAB part 1 is a three-hour computer-marked written examination comprising 180 single best answer questions.


The UKMLA is an exam for all UK medical graduates, starting 2024 in order to obtain a license to practise medicine in the UK. Just here to say thank you soooooo much! I sat PLAB 1 in November last year after being out of practice for almost 6 months. The question bank was sooo handy and the webinars were lifesaving!!! I can't even express how grateful I am to Plabable. From a knowledge perspective, the slides were super handy. If you're an IMG and still confused about where to start, PLABABLE is the place to be. And is more than enough.

I have been using this for my test & this is a must-have for PLAB/UKMLA. It is simple, reliable, and very up-to-date. The interface is easy to navigate, and the revisions are on focus and digestible. What's more is that there are explanations and comment sections in each STEM where you can read additional feedback/info from previous takers/other participants. You can also do timed mocks to simulate real tests. For additional benefits, you can buy special mocks & classes from the web.

very very very useful app. I recommend Plabable for everyone who is doing PLAB 1. If you can do atleast 3/4 of all categories and read explanations it is more than enough to pass the PLAB1. I was bit away from theory knowledge and I didn't have any confidence whether I am going to pass the exam. But Plabable helped me to get through it. I am very grateful to Dr Sze and the staff for their dedication. Specially Dr Szee I like his teaching style and his webinas I don't sleepy at all.
