This app is so unreliable and a scam. I paid a sum of #12,000 for a monthly subscription but was not allowed to use the app. I sent an email to the developer but it was ignored. I sent a reminder too but was totally ignored. I couldn't use the facility I paid for, yet I wasn't refunded. I was stranded despite the urgency and having a deadline for my coursework. Avoid the app if you don't want to be stranded. It's not worth it.

The app says i have a registration account yet I do not remember using the app before. There was no forgot password option at all. It also says I have no internet connection and I am fully connected to the internet.

i have paid for the subscription but its showing free membership, but the amount for pro membership have been deducted from my account and I mail the support but still haven't got any response from the team.
