local convenience store chain that I go to since I was a kid. I use the app to get free fountain drinks. Funny fact is that they have a squirrel sanctuary and can view 24/7 through the app. Also, deals. promos, coupons are loaded regularly. My favorite is the staff that has always been friendly and personable. Prices are more reasonable than 7-11.

What is the point of this garbage? The staff don't have any knowledge of the app, the app doesn't accrue points with purchases. Side note, their universal coffee lids don't fit. I found out the hard way in my car. They run advertising in their app and don't honor them in the store at all locations. I guess it depends on who is working or what their mood is. Overall Plaid pantry is an overpriced fail as a convenience store chain IMO.

Well, I'm editing my original review and changing it to one star. The app is still really buggy, no change there, but now in addition to that, all of the points that I had earned disappeared and my total now sits at -25. A bit perturbed because I ran through all my plays before I noticed my negative point total and despite the fact that I matched everything, my points remained at -25. Thanks for screwing me out of a free fountain drink, Plaid. I'm done giving them my business, switching to 7-11.
