Everyday Folder is your digital folder for important documents, deadlines, equipment, warranties, and receipts.

Organize your documents locally on your device, keep track of deadlines, and find documents faster when you need them.

Features:

• Suggestions when adding documents: On devices with Gemini Nano, the app reads the title, category, deadline, and issuer from the photo or the first page of the PDF, directly on the device (free: 3 AI suggestions, Pro: unlimited)

• Create deadlines – attached to documents or as custom deadlines. You choose how many days in advance the app reminds you with a notification.

• Mark deadlines as completed or add them to the calendar.

• Recurring deadlines monthly or annually (Pro).

• Calendar with monthly view: document deadlines, custom deadlines, and warranty expiration dates all in one place.

• Record devices and warranties – on devices with Gemini Nano, the app reads the manufacturer, model, serial number, purchase date, warranty expiration date, and price from the receipt photo, directly on the device.

• Link receipts to devices; reminder 30 days before the warranty expires, via a switch on the device.

• Statistics on documents, deadlines, and devices. Advanced analysis with Pro

Your data remains locally on your device. Everyday Folder itself does not use cloud synchronization, tracking, or advertising and does not upload your data. The AI-powered receipt analysis runs entirely on the device (Gemini Nano is downloaded once from Google the first time you use it).
