Sample Savvy is a secure, internal-use application developed by Reenav Logistics Private Limited to facilitate the compliant distribution of medicine samples to doctors, as requested by pharmaceutical companies. The app allows company representatives to place sample orders on behalf of registered doctors by uploading a pre-filled request letter and selecting the required products.

The system ensures real-time tracking of order status, utilization limits, and delivery stages. It includes built-in checks for doctor-level and product-level sample limits and automatically sends approval requests to the relevant company stakeholders if these limits are exceeded.
