I love it!!! I started with beginner and was timed and coached through a series of six or eight different planks for a total of three minutes. It felt great and was doable enough that I will return to do it every day for 30 days. I can then advance to the next level. My challenge with planks has been timing myself. That's handled. Now I have a constructed sequence to follow with timing and coaching!!!

Plank exercises are awesome! Never did a plank until starting this app. I completed the Beginner level and am now halfway through the Intermediate level. I feel it's super easy to use, the progression is reasonable, and I love that I can create my own workout program. I'm much stronger today as a result of using this app. Do it!

Absolute worst app ever, I could never get into the workout itself. There were so many ads and videos up front, there was no way to escape. What is wrong with the developers?
