1. Add a lead — phone number, optional name, optional notes. Type it in, paste from the clipboard, import from your contacts, or share a WhatsApp screenshot and LeadPing grabs the number for you. Review and confirm before saving.
2. Schedule a follow-up — pick a date, time, and your message (or reuse a template). Reminders fire at the exact minute you choose.
3. When the reminder fires — tap the notification. WhatsApp opens to that contact's chat via a wa.me link with your message prefilled. Review, then hit send — nothing sends automatically. If you use WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business, Android may ask which to open — pick the one you message customers from.
4. Log it done — LeadPing records the touchpoint in that contact's history.
