No bank app should be inoperable for any period of time. It seems that every Friday the app shuts down and you have to wait to even see your money. It doesn't help that its so badly coded that when it doesn't work, it says "An error occurred, please contact (contact_number)" with no actual number on the pop-up. Save yourself the headache and bank somewhere else.

Worst Banking app ever. Forgot trying to log in when you need to especially at night or early morning hours. It always wants a one time verification code even though my device hasn't changed or not a new log in but it never actually sends me a code to get in. There's nobody to speak to to resolve this after hours either.

I am canceling my account with Planters Bank. The app has given me nothing but trouble and is constantly having you change your password. Changing passwords every 6 months is exactly why people get locked out their own accounts.. I'm over it. I have voiced this concern to Planters about the online banking app THAT SUCKS and they don't do anything about it.
