About this app

Lean Day Toolkit is for the person who walks the floor.

Open it, capture what you find in under a minute, and walk away with a record and a list of actions that have an owner and a date. Everything happens on the phone. There is no account to create, no server to reach, and nothing to sync.

This app does not request the internet permission. It cannot send your data anywhere, because it has no way to.

WHAT IT DOES

• 5S audits — score 0 to 4, photograph the finding, watch the trend per area. Anything scored badly raises an action automatically.
• Waste — log the eight wastes in two taps, see a weighted Pareto of what keeps happening.
• Time study — a stopwatch, or a full element study with per-step statistics, rating and allowances. Compare any cycle against takt.
• Study from a recording — mark up a video at half speed at your desk.
• SMED — turn a changeover study into a list of steps to move off the line.
• Boards — SQDCP day by day, hour by hour with reasons, end-of-shift report.
• Line map — stations, cycle times, Yamazumi, and where the bottleneck actually is.
• Checklists — build your own, schedule them daily, weekly or monthly per area or per asset, and see what is still owed today.
• Kaizen — capture an idea, score it on impact and effort, plot it, and measure what actually changed.
• Before and after — photograph it, fix it, photograph it again, print one A4 sheet. It will not publish without a number that moved or an owner with a date.
• Problem tools — 5 Whys, A3, takt, OEE, VA/PCE, near miss.
• Reports — audit PDFs, a spreadsheet of every finding, the week on one page, wall posters and visual standards.
