This app is a big scam. I purchased a very expensive ticket with a combo package like there were two activites in two seperate tickets. When I went to my first location, the ticket did not work so i contacted customer service and they did not respond. They also did not send my second ticket. I lost 530 dirhams in seconds! Big liars and big scam!

Don't show tickets if there's an update. Don't rely on the app. I was at a 3-day event, and suddenly it blocked me (at the 2nd day) and everyone in line behind me until I updated. And guess what? After the update, it logged me out. Unpleasant experience.

prices offered on the app is a rip off... this app is giving over priced tickets . however, actual prices are much more cheaper. i bought mud feast ticket of 75aed per person .On the ground i found the ticket for 25 aed only . same for global village , dubai frame and many more. dont waste your money on this app.
