I am very disappointed with Platinumlist’s refund process. I have been struggling to get my refund since February, and despite contacting the support team multiple times, the issue is still not resolved. The team told me it would be handled after 21 days, but much more time has passed and I still have not received my refund. This is very frustrating and gives a bad customer experience. I hope Platinumlist takes refund cases more seriously

in total be it an application or website, the platinumlist is a totally pathetic forum. In case of any event cancellation getting a refund and dealing with customer service was always a horrible experience. many times they have refunded the lesser amount by deducting undue charges... and the remaining amount itself will be refunded after ages. highly recommend to not use this forum at all via application or website.

Requested a refund due to the postponement of an event and they only partially refunded the amount. It has been two months of sending them emails asking them to explain why the full amount was not refunded and they just ignore all my emails. I find that very disrespectful. All they had to do was respond.
