Coin Collection Tracker is a quiet, offline ledger for your coins. It is a catalog you keep yourself: you enter the details, the app keeps them tidy, searchable and always in your pocket.
Add a coin in seconds. Country, year, denomination, mint mark, grade, what you paid, notes and a photo. Then find it again instantly, whether your cabinet holds twenty coins or two thousand.
WHAT YOU RECORD
• Country, year and denomination, with an unknown-year option for worn pieces
• Mint mark, so a 1909-S never gets filed next to a 1909
• Grade on the collector scale: P, G, F, VF, EF, AU, UNC and Proof
• What you paid, and your own valuation of the piece if you track one
• Open notes for provenance, varieties, errors or where you found it
• A photo of the coin, obverse or reverse, kept on your device
FINDING A COIN AGAIN
Search by country, year, denomination or mint mark. Filter down to a single country with one tap. Sort by newest addition, by year oldest or newest first, by value or by country. The header keeps a running count of your coins and what you have spent.
SETS AND WISHLIST
Group coins into named sets the way you actually collect: a date run, a state series, a country, a reign, a metal. Keep a separate wishlist for pieces you are still hunting, and move one across to your collection the day you finally land it.
YOU ENTER THE NUMBERS
This is a record book, not a price guide. There is no catalog lookup, no coin recognition and no market feed. Any valuation you see is the figure you typed in yourself, added up for convenience. For what a coin is actually worth, use a current reference or a dealer.
PRIVATE AND OFFLINE
No account, no sign-in, no cloud, no internet needed. Your catalog and your coin photos stay on your phone. Export the whole collection as JSON whenever you want a copy of your own.
FOR EVERY KIND OF COLLECTOR
World coins, euro cents, cents and quarters, silver dollars, commemoratives, ancient and hammered pieces, a jar of change from a trip, or an inherited box you are finally sorting out. Pick your currency symbol and start cataloging.
Coin Collection Tracker also keeps a few handling tips on hand, including the one that matters most: never clean a coin.
PRO SUBSCRIPTION
The core tools stay available without paying. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, and ads keep showing during that trial. After it ends, the weekly subscription renews automatically and removes the ads. Cancel any time in Google Play.
If you already bought the Pro version, it stays yours for life, with no subscription.
WHO USES A COIN COLLECTION TRACKER
Casual collectors who inherited a box and want to know what they have. Serious numismatists building a date-and-mintmark run of Morgan dollars or Lincoln cents. World coin collectors who organise by country and reign. Ancient coin enthusiasts recording hammered denarii and Byzantine folles. Children filling a state quarter map. Anyone who wants a coin inventory that fits in their pocket and does not depend on internet access to open.
COIN GRADING SCALE EXPLAINED
Grade is the single most important detail for valuing a coin. The app uses the standard collector scale from Poor (P-1) through Good (G), Fine (F), Very Fine (VF), Extremely Fine (EF), About Uncirculated (AU), Uncirculated (UNC) and Proof. You assign the grade yourself when you log the piece. Store your own grading notes in the open notes field — variety attribution, strike quality, surface details, anything a standard grade does not capture.
COIN COLLECTION ORGANIZER FOR EVERY SERIES
Named sets keep a mixed collection readable. Build a set for each date run, a complete series (Lincoln wheat cents, Washington quarters, Roosevelt dimes), a country's decimal coinage, or coins from a single monarch's reign. Move wishlist pieces into your collection the day you acquire them. The running count and total value in the header update immediately so you can see the size and cost of the collection at a glance.
Coin catalog: log mint mark, grade, year & numismatic value. Offline.
