Does not get passed loading screen on Note 9. Everything is stretched, very poor show and unusable

Amazing app to learn piano! Highly recommend for everybody starting!

Hangs on 2 different tablets. Started up on my phone but my type c adapter doesn't support it. The tablets it just hangs on white screen when starting. One is kindle and one is android 4.4
