This is my 2nd time downloading the game. 1st time was fun & the team I was on worked hard at helping one another. I upgraded my phone last year & had to start all over from the beginning (which SUCKED) I'm back to the high levels, but It takes 4/5x longer level up. If you spend $$ on the challenges & it ends before using all $$, you lose your $$. It's doesn't roll over (total rip off). I could play for hours/days & not entertain any other games. Now I might play 1st a week. I'm disappointed

I usually like the game I've been playing for years but the glitches are getting annoying. My progress disappears and the help/support is pointless absolutely no help. I won't buy the golden ticket anymore, total waste of $ for a repetitive game. I'd also like to add that the annoying prompts don't let you bypass them. After playing for 7+ years I think I know when I want to do something. You ruined the game!

Fun game, but it requires way too many resources to play in it. It feels like the game forces you to have to spend money to get better, or you're going to be waiting days for something to build. I would give it a lot of stars if the build times were updated and the amount of moves that you have to play the puzzle. RNG really gets you in it, and you have like 13 moves to do things that are basically impossible, so you have to keep trying the level over and over until the rng is in your favor.
