Got my money in the time specified it would come, and app was easy to use. One thing I would suggest to be adjusted is headphone connection prompts. You have to repeatedly reconnect Bluetooth headphones to get past Connect headphones prompt (even if headphones are still connected), everytime you get get kicked out of game and get back into playtest app.

My experiences so far have been mostly good, with the only real issues being that it can be easy to miss out on a test due to it filling up fast, though supposedly PlaytestCloud is working on remedying this. The testing experience itself will vary by whatever game you're playing, and sometimes they can cause the recording function to drop. Keep in mind this is very much an "extra money" kind of gig rather than any sort of standard job, as it could be weeks/months between tests.

I was 30 minutes into a recording when I had to pause due to loud background noises. Upon trying to resume, none of my progress was saved and I had to start over from the beginning. Very frustrating. This was during a type of test where it was a survey type format without actual gameplay. Update: Changed from 1 star to 3 stars because developer acknowledged the issue and paid me.
