The large countdown, distinct phase labels, progress indicators, and intuitive controls help you stay fully aware of the current interval throughout your entire workout. TriunfoBet does not provide specific exercise instructions, medical advice, or automatic training plans. You choose your favorite exercises and use this tool to organize their precise timing in a way that suits your personal fitness level.
⚡ USE READY-MADE TIMER PRESETS
TriunfoBet includes four efficient preset cycles that can be opened directly from the home screen:
• Tabata: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, and 8 sets.
• HIIT: 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest, and 6 sets.
• Strength: 45 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest, and 5 sets.
• Core: 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, and 8 sets.
Each preset clearly displays its interval structure before it starts. Selecting a preset instantly opens the active timer with the routine name, work duration, rest duration, set count, preparation phase, and remaining session time.
🛠️ CREATE YOUR OWN CUSTOM CYCLE
TriunfoBet lets you configure a personal interval routine tailored to your specific needs. Enter a workout name and choose:
• Work duration in seconds.
• Rest duration in seconds.
• Number of sets.
• Preparation countdown.
• A visual icon for the saved cycle.
The available icons represent intensity, speed, strength, full-body activity, mobility, and cardio. These icons are used only to help identify routines inside the application. TriunfoBet also includes three helpful setup shortcuts: Balanced, Intense, and Recovery. Selecting one of these options fills the timer fields with predefined values. Every value can still be edited before the cycle begins. A custom cycle can be saved for later or started immediately. Saved cycles appear on the home screen with their name, icon, work time, rest time, and set count. Up to 30 personal cycles can be retained by the application.
🎯 FOLLOW THE ACTIVE TIMER
The TriunfoBet timer screen uses a large circular countdown to show the exact time left in the current phase. A phase indicator clearly identifies Prepare, Work, Rest, or Completed. The circular progress ring advances during the active phase and changes its appearance according to the phase type. A separate cycle progress bar shows the approximate progress through the complete routine. Set markers distinguish completed, current, and upcoming sets. The screen also displays the current set and total set count, work duration, rest duration, calculated remaining time, routine name, and current phase status. The main timer controls allow you to start, pause, reset, and skip a phase. The Finish Workout button ends the active session and adds a record to the history.
🔊 CONTROL SESSION CUES
TriunfoBet provides optional audio, vibration, and visual cues for interval changes. Audio alerts can play when phases change. Countdown beeps can be enabled for the final three seconds of a phase. Vibration cues can signal transitions on devices that support vibration. The timer also displays short on-screen notices when work begins, a rest phase starts, or the next set becomes active. A brief visual flash provides another indication of a phase change. Audio alerts and vibration can be switched independently. Countdown beeps and automatic phase continuation also have separate controls.
💾 SAVE ROUTINES AND PREFERENCES
TriunfoBet keeps saved cycles, session history, and preferences in local storage. The saved cycle area gives direct access to personal routines. Tap the play control beside a saved cycle to load it into the timer.
