Ratings and reviews

The app is ok but my main concern is with the premium subscription. It shows that you have a 14 day free trial, but if you select the monthly premium the free trial is removed. This is misleading and despite contacting playtomic to try to get a refund less than 24 hours later, I cannot get a refund. Use the free version, but avoid the premium sub.

When searching for matches, there should be a filter for friendly/competitive. Also, when booking courts for an open match, you don't show the court until the last step, which is time consuming. I want to see if I am booking indoors or outdoors. Finally, the scoring system is not very realistic. Someone with 1+ score is already intermediate but you describe it as a beginner.

app doesn't open when you click links to 'open in app'. This is how you join matches and it completely shuts down a major element of the app. You can't join other people's matches via their invite link and if it's not an open match, you're stuffed.
