Pass beneath the torii gate, walk the stone path, and put your hands together before the main hall. The same steps as a real visit, in a quiet shrine setting.

■ From the torii to the main hall

Double-tap or pinch out to pass through the torii and enter the grounds.
Walk the stone path lined with lanterns, then draw closer once more to stand before the main hall.
An amulet stand waits to your left, and a fortune stand stands beside the hall.

■ Morning, noon, evening, night

The grounds change with the time of day on your device.
A quiet path in the morning haze, bright green at midday, a sky washed in crimson at dusk, and stars twinkling at night.
At dusk and after dark, the stone lanterns and paper lanterns are lit, their flames wavering softly.
You can switch to any time of day whenever you like, so you are free to linger in the night scene alone.

■ The proper way to pray

- Toss in an offering coin
- Pull the bell rope and ring the bell
- Bow twice, clap twice, bow once

Each step follows the order of a real visit, sound and all, for a moment that quietly straightens your posture.

■ Omikuji fortunes

At the fortune stand in the grounds, one visit coin draws an omikuji.
Along with your fortune - Great Blessing, Middle Blessing, Small Blessing, Blessing, or Misfortune - you receive readings for money, love, work, study, health, and the person you await.

Every fortune you draw is saved with its date and time, so you can read them again later and look back on how your month has been going.

If you have run out, you receive one visit coin each day.
