I stopped playing soccer because I moved and I didn't have my friends anymore to play with. 2 years later, a friend told me about this app, so I gave it a try. I was amazed by how easy it was to find people to play with, and even better, there are a lot of fields close to me. Maybe I would add a feature to detect who is arriving late based on GPS location, so they get fewer games after multiple strikes unless most are late (e.g. due to an accident). Also, the invites don't work sometimes.

Good with room to be even better! The over all app is great an achieves its purpose. I have been able to sign up for lots of games on various venues and meet new people! I do think the UI/UX could be improved. For example, I have noticed if the network is slow, when pressing on a game card, there is no loading indicator while fetching the data. Makes me think like the app froze. Not a huge deal, but little details like these are what sets apart a good app from a great one.

I like using the plei app because it has flexible hours and you can cancel ahead of time if you can't make it and if you cancel with short notice and a replacement is found for you, you'll be able to play next time with the credit of the canceled game. The best part of the plei app is meeting new people with different skill set levels and getting free games when players are needed to complete the teams. I only wish players had proper profile photo ID to hold anyone accountable for misconduct .
