About this app
SaberPod helps you backup your files online, and to share your files between devices quickly.
Upload photos, videos, documents, and archives. Sort them into folders. Share as a link or directly between your devices. Sign in at saberpod.com and the same files are there.
SEND FILES PHONE TO PHONE
Two phones on the same wifi transfer files directly. No upload, no internet, no data used.
Open Send and your phone appears on the other one straight away, with its code already showing, so the two connect before either of you has picked anything. Type that code once and the phones remember each other. From then on it is one tap, no code, and either phone can send or receive.
With a file picked, send it straight to a remembered phone without anybody touching that phone.
Useful for large videos, or when the wifi has no internet at all.
NO WIFI IN THE ROOM
Your phone makes a wifi link of its own that carries no internet and lasts only while the screen is open. The other phone points its camera at the code and joins, so an iPhone joins an Android and an Android joins an iPhone.
Some wifi refuses to carry the signal that finds phones. Your phone shows its address when you ask for it, and the other one connects to that directly.
NO ACCOUNT NEEDED TO START
The app works straight away without signing up. Add files and try it. Create an account later and everything you added transfers over.

YOUR PHONE STAYS YOURS

ACCOUNT DELETION
Delete your account from Settings. Files are removed with it. There is a 30 day window to restore it before the data is permanently erased.
PREMIUM
Paid plans raise every limit the free account has: more storage, a bigger largest file, more uploads a day and more of them at once, faster downloads with no wait between them, and files kept for longer when an account sits idle. Downloading straight from a URL into your pod comes with a paid plan, and ads are removed from the web version.
There are no ads at all in the app.
