About this app

The Septuagint LXX Bible app provides the complete English text from the Greek Old Testament (Septuagint) the Greek New Testament, along with the Deuterocanonical books (Apocrypha), all in word-for-word English translation. Several translations are provided, including a direct interlinear-to-English, and two other versions for Old and New Testaments.

Ratings and reviews

Really good and comfortable, the UI is user friendly and it has a lot of great features; the plans being my favourite. Personally, I'd like to be able to customise the colours of the highlights, as they are a little too bright for my liking, specially since i tend to use the dark/night mode quite a lot, making the contrast notorious; Another thing on highlights, it could be nice to highlight certain parts of a verse and not the entirety of it. Overall though, I really like this app, tysm :)

The Septuagint is the oldest translation of the Old testament, yet there are different variations of the text. This app seems to be the only one out there that compares at least three versions of the Septuagint which is very helpful for a deeper understanding.

I love this app. It is well designed and runs great on my cheap phone. However, I found an issue with the Thomson text. The developer responded within 24 hours and I'll raise my rating when the fix come out. [Edit: an update the next day resolved the issue. THANKS FOR THE QUICK RESPONSE!]
